Non-Jordanian Workers Work Permit Fees Regulation No. 67 of 2014

( أ- يستوفى من صاحب العمل مبلغ مقداره 100 ) دينار عن كل حالة استبدال للعامل غير الأردني من غير
المنصوص عليهم في الفقرة (ب) من هذه المادة بعامل آخر من خارج المملكة وذلك قبل اصدار تصريح
العمل .
( ب- يستوفى من صاحب المكتب مبلغ مقداره 100 ) دينار عن كل حالة استبدال للعامل في المنازل بعامل آخر
من خارج المملكة وذلك قبل اصدار تصريح العمل .
ج- في حال انتقال العامل الحاصل على تصريح عمل من صاحب عمل الى صاحب عمل آخر دون ابلاغ وزارة
( العمل بذلك يستوفى من كل منهما مبلغ مقداره 200 ) دينار .
