أ- للمؤمن عليه الذي أكمل سن الستين للذكر وسن الخامسة والخمسين للأنثى أو استمر بعد
ذلك ولم يكمل
الحد الادنى من الاشتراكات اللازمة لاستحقاق راتب تقاعد الشيخوخة وانتهت خدماته لأي سبب
كان أن يطلب
إضافة المدة اللازمة لغايـات تمكينه من إكمال المدة الموجبة لاستحقاق هذا الراتب، وذلك
مقابل مبلغ يتم
( احتسابه وفقاً للجدول رقم 3 ) الملحق بهذا القانون وعلى أساس أجره الشهري الأخير الخاضع
للاقتطاع المعتمد
لدى المؤسسة.
ب- يجوز للمؤمن عليه استخدام رصيد حسابه الادخاري المتراكم الوارد في الفقرة (أ) من المادة
( 57 ) من هذا
القانون و لك لغايات تسديد المبلغ المقابل لإضافة المدة اللازمة لغايات تمكينه من إكمال ?
المدة الموجبة لاستحقاق راتب تقاعد الشيخوخة .
