الفصل التاسع
أحكام عامــة
المادة 79 -
يقصد بالمستحقين أفراد عائلة كل من المؤمن عليه أو صاحب راتب التقاعد أو صاحب راتب
الاعتلال المنصوص
عليهم في هذه المادة ممن تتوفر فيهم شروط الاستحقاق الواردة في هذا القانون:-
أ- الأرملة / الأرمل.
ب- الأبناء والبنات.
. ج- الوالـــدان
د- المعالون من الإخوة والأخوات.
هـ- الجنين حين ولادته حيا.
