تعتبر جميع الرخص المعمول بها والمتعلقة بالمواد
المخدرة أو المؤثرات العقلية ملغاة بعد سنة من تاريخ نفاذ
أحكام هذا القانون الا اذا انقضت مدة الرخصة قبل ذلك،
وعلى ذوي العلاقة بتلك الرخص توفيق اوضاعهم خلال
تلك المدة مع احكام هذا القانون .
