للمحكمةالتي أصدرت الحكم ان تأمر المحكوم عليه بنشر الحكم المكتسب للدرجة القطعية
بكامله مجانا او نشر خلاصة عنه في أول عدد من المطبوعة الدورية سيصدر بعد تبليغ الحكم و
في ذات المكان من المطبوعة التي نشر فيها المقال موضوع الشكوى وبالإحرف ذاتها
وللمحكمة اذا رأت ذلك ضروريا ان تقضي بنشر الحكم او خلاصة عنه في صحيفتين اخريين على
نفقة المحكوم عليه.
