( أ-اذا خالفت المطبوعة احكام المادة 5 ) من هذا القانون يعاقب كل من المطبوعة ومرتكب
المخالفة بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة دينار ولا تزيد على الفي دينار .
( ب-اذا خالف رئيس تحرير المطبوعة الصحفية احكام اي من الفقرتين )أ( و )ب( من المادة 27 )
من هذا القانون فللمتضرر اقامة الدعوى ضده .
( ج -اذا خالفت المطبوعة الصادرة خارج المملكة احكام الفقرة )ج( من المادة 27 ) من هذا
القانون فللمتضرر اقامة الدعوى ضدها .
