Article text
تشمل حرية الصحافة مايلي:
أ- اطلاع المواطن على الأحداث والأفكار والمعلومات في جميع المجالات.
ب- افساح المجال للمواطنين والأحزاب والنقابات والهيئات الثقافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية
للتعبير عن أفكارهم وآرائهم وانجازاتهم.
ج- حق الحصول على المعلومات والأخبار والاحصاءات التي تهم المواطنين من مصادرها
المختلفة وتحليلها وتداولها ونشرها والتعليق عليها.
د- حق المطبوعة الدورية والصحفي في ابقاء مصادر المعلومات والآخبار التي تم الحصول
عليها سرية.
