( أ- تُعفى الجهات المحددة في المادة 5 ) من هذا القانون من دفع الرسم المترتب على الرخصة
أو التصريح بشكل كامل.
ب- تعفى المهن التي تمارس في المنازل من نصف الرسوم المحددة للرخصة، وتعفى من
الرسوم
للسنوات الثلاث الأولى من تاريخ حصولها على الرخصة لأول مرة.
