للمرخص له وبموافقة الأمين استغلال الارتداد المحيط بالمحل لغايات ممارسة المهنة المرخصة
على ان تحدد الشروط اللازمة لمنح الموافقة بموجب تعليمات يصدرها المجلس لهذه الغاية .
