Occupational Licensing within Greater Amman Municipality Law No. 11 of 2022

( أ- للأمين في الحالات المحددة في الفقرتين )ب( و)د( من المادة 23 ) من هذا القانون، وحسب
جسامة المخالفة وبعد انتهاء مدة الإشعار، أن يصدر قراراً بإيقاف المخالف عن العمل أو إغلاق
المحل إغلاقاً مؤقتاً كليا أو جزئيا الى أن يقوم بإزالة أسباب المخالفة أو الى حين صدور قرار
المحكمة المختصة.
( ب- للأمين في الحالة المحددة في الفقرة )ج( من المادة 23 ) من هذا القانون وبعد انتهاء مدة
الاشعار، أن يصدر قراراً بإيقاف المخالف عن العمل للمدة المحددة فيه لإزالة أسباب المخالفة وفي
حال انتهاء تلك المدة دون ازالة أسباب المخالفة فللأمين اصدار القرار بإغلاق المحل إغلاقا مؤقتاً
كليا أو جزئيا الى أن يقوم المخالف بإزالة أسباب المخالفة أو الى حين صدور قرار المحكمة
المختصة.
ج- للأمين إصدار القرار بفتح المحل بصفة مؤقتة ولمدة محددة لغايات إخلائه أو لاستكمال أي
اجراءات لازمة أو إزالة أسباب المخالفة.
