Article text
تتولى المديرية المهام والصلاحيات التالية:-
أ- مراقبة تقيد المزود بأحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة
الصادرة بمقتضاه.
ب- تلقي الشكاوى من المستهلكين أو أي من الجمعيات
عن أي مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون أو الأنظمة أو
التعليمات الصادرة بمقتضى كل منهما، ارتكبها أي مزود
والتحقق منها، وتنظيم محاضر ضبط بتلك المخالفة.
ج- إبلاغ الجهات المختصة بأي فعل يرتكبه المزود يشكل
مخالفة لأحكام التشريعات النافذة إذا كانت هذه
المخالفة ليست من اختصاص المديرية.
