يكون لموظفي المديرية المفوضين من الوزير خطياً
صفة الضابطة العدلية أثناء قيامهم بأعمالهم وضمن
حدود اختصاصهم، ولهم بهذه الصفة دخول أماكن عمل
المزودين وتفتيشها والإطلاع على سجلاتهم وضبط
المخالفات وفق تعليمات يصدرها الوزير.
