Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2017
Article text
يلتزم المزود بما يلي : -
أ- التأكد من الجودة المعلن عنها للسلع أو الخدمات التي يتعامل بها وصلاحيتها للاستعمال أو
الاستهلاك وفقا لما اعدت له.
ب- التأكد من مطابقة السلع أو الخدمات التي يتعامل بها للخصائص المعلن عنها وتحقيق تلك
السلع أو الخدمات للنتائج المصرح بها للمستهلك.
ج- تسليم السلعة للمستهلك أو تقديم الخدمة له خلال المدة المتفق عليها أو خلال المدة
المعتادة لذلك دون تأخير.
د- تقديم منتجات لا تنتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
هـ- احترام القيم الدينية والعادات والتقاليد وكرامة المستهلك .
