Article text
أ- تشكل لجنة تسمى (لجنة المنشأ) برئاسة أحد موظفي الوزارة، يسميه الوزير وعضوية كل من:
-
1 - مندوب عن وزارة الصناعة والتجارة والتموين يسميه وزيرها.
2 . - مندوب عن دائرة الجمارك يسميه مديرها العام
ب- يجوز بموافقة الوزير إضافة عضو أو أكثر إلى عضوية اللجنة يمثلون أيا من الجهات الحكومية
ذوات العلاقة.
ج- يسمي الوزير أحد موظفي الوزارة أمين سر للجنة يتولى تنظيم اجتماعاتها وإعداد جدول
أعمالها وتدوين محاضر جلساتها، وحفظ قراراتها وسجلاتها والقيام بأي مهام أخرى يكلفه بها
رئيس اللجنة.
د- تجتمع اللجنة بدعوة من رئيسها كلما دعت الحاجة ويكون اجتماعها قانونيا بحضور جميع
أعضائها وتتخذ قراراتها بالإجماع وتتولى تحديد منشأ المنتج وفقا للأسس والشروط والمعايير
المعتمدة لدى وزارة الصناعة التجارة والتموين.
