تقوم الوزارة بعد صدور قرار مجلس الوزراء باسترداد أراضي الوزارة من المطور الرئيسي بما يلي: -
أ - تقديم صورة عن قرار الاسترداد ومخطط للأراضي التي صدر قرار بشأنها الى مديرية تسجيل
الأراضي المختصة لإلغاء قيود التسجيل السابقة وإصدار سندات تسجيل باسم المطور الرئيسي
الجديد او الوزارة.
ب - تبليغ المطور الرئيسي خطيا لإخلاء الأراضي التي صدر القرار بشأنها وتسليمها للوزارة خلال
( 30 ) يوما من تاريخ تبليغه.
