على الوزارات والدوائر الحكومية والمؤسسات العامة
والشركات التي تساهم فيها الحكومة، والتي تستفيد من
أعمال التأمين، تقديم أي بيانات أو معلومات تتعلق
بترتيبات التأمين الحاصلة عليها أو التي ستحصل عليها،
يطلبها البنك المركزي خلال المدة التي يحددها لذلك.
