Article text
أ- يتم نشر القرارات المتعلقة بوقف الترخيص أو إلغائه أو إعادته أو القرارات المتعلقة باندماج
الشركات أو تملكها أو إعادة هيكلتها أو تصفيتها أو فسخها في الجريدة الرسمية وفي صحيفتين
يوميتين محليتين الأوسع انتشارا على نفقة شركة التأمين باستثناء نشر قرار تصفية شركة
التأمين أو فسخها الذي يتم على نفقة البنك المركزي.
ب- للبنك المركزي أن ينشر بياناً عن أي مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات
الصادرة بمقتضاه بطريقة تتناسب مع طبيعة المخالفة وحجمها والإجراء المتخذ بخصوصها.
